Very poignant and reflective. Make you stop, think and appreciate the sacrifice that was given by others for you and me to live in peace.

We attended with our two dogs. Found it a very moving place and plenty of ground to cover. The area allows you to take dogs and stick on the main track which I think is more than fair. To get closer to some of the monuments we’d take it in turn waiting with the dogs. The cafe was dog friendly so we found the day a worthwhile visit. A fitting tribute to so many.

This is well worth a visit, it is just stunning! alot of work has gone into the designe of the place,i its a good day out and if you are not to good at walking there is a little train type vehicle that will take you around the place and it tells you what and who the memorial is dedicated too. This is all to do with WW2 forces and the country's they are from. It is free to get in but if you want to make a donation you can. There is a caffee where you can get hot or cold food from and just outside is a little coffee shop that has air conditioning if you go on a hot day like i did this was very welcoming.there is also a shop that you can buy memorabilia from some of it is very expensive but you can get things that are not to expensive.

A very poignant place. Second year attending RTTW, I can see it being an annual pilgrimage for as long as I'm able to throw my leg over a bike.

It was an excellent overview of Sir Percy Hobart. Having some previous knowledge of the subject it gave a concise picture of the man and the journey he travelled to achieve what he did.
I've attended previous talks and I thought Mr. Horgan did a great job of interacting and answering questions from the attendees.
I've just seen a previous review in respect of the background noise. I couldn't disagree more. It's great to see families of all ages attend.
I was sitting at the back and had no issues.
Patience is a virtue.

The National Memorial Arboretum is a beautiful, spiritual, poignant, moving, peaceful and inspirational place for remembrance, reflection, gratitude and love. This was a very special day remembering and honouring all those members of the armed forces and auxiliary services who lost their lives protecting our country and our freedom - an unforgettable experience that will stay with me forever.
