Spend the day, you wont be bored. Visit here and you will reflect on life (and death) amid the beautiful grounds and memorials. Plenty of places to sit and ponder, lots to see and a good cafe too. Very disabled friendly.

What a great idea to bring together memorials and Gardens remembering the military, emergency services and other organisations who have lost members in a beautiful growing 150 acre arebouretum. The informative tour on the land train and lovely cafe complete a thoughtful and reflective trip out or longer trip lunch break.

A great day out to pay tribute to the past, present and future squaddies in each and every regiment. Only downside is the prices in the cafe and the gift store.

A very moving place. It's been created so well with so much thought and consideration. It should be part of every schools visit program. Many of the areas/memorials are set off the hardcore tracks/paths which meant we got soaked and muddy visiting them. If it's been wet take wellies if you plan to visit all the memorials.

Even when busy, this wonderful place is quiet and peaceful. I've been 3 times over the years including two remembrance services and still have not seen everything I want to see. I've paid my respects and look forward to another trip to finish paying them.

It is a moving experience to visit these memorials. A full day would be needed to see them all. You will need wellies if it has been raining. Not all memorials can be reached by hard paths. Good snacks and lunch available. Recommended.

I visited here on November 9th to pay our respects. The weather was a beautiful bright autumn day. Both my young daughter and I had a wonderful 3 hours, walking, completing activities and spending time together. We loved it and it's a beautiful place to reflect. I can't wait to take my other family members there. Most certainly worth a visit.
