Kayleigh was amazing with us during our stay at Lichfield. She went above and beyond to help us and with her help along with the area manager Stuart they made a stressful experience all the better thanks to their kindness and just their willingness to help. I would highly recommend anyone wanting storage to use Lichfield. Definitely speak to Kayleigh and if she can't help she will get Stuart to help. Thank you both so much for your help and support. You are both AMAZING and are a credit to the company

Great business, very easy to select the unit you may require and all the staff including Luan the store manager have a great knowledge and expertise on how to make your selection. Nothing is too much trouble, would highly recommend.

We are using SureStore to store the contents of our flat whilst our sale goes through. It is a really easy to use, reliable and safe company - we are very impressed so far. The building is immaculate throughout (even the toilets!) and staff at the desk, Rebecca in particular, were incredibly helpful and made everything very easy for us.
