Pony admitted after referral for colic with high temp. Vets waiting when pulled on car park. Excellent facilities, scanners, walk in mri. Vets were thorough. Pony admitted. Stables excellent. Got pony well and didn't cost the earth. Highly recommended

Have been a client with pool house for over 30 yrs and they have performed miracles with both my horses. I sadly lost my treasured pony juno 2016 and pool house did everything possible to help him and when we had to take the heartbreaking decision my vet gil reilly promised he would do it for me and was absolutely wonderful my boy went so peacefully after 33 yrs. Can't recommend them highly enough . All the staff front and back are amazing . If you are looking for a 5☆ equine practice look no further . Claire symons

This place and its people are amazing. Our pony was diagnosed with acute cholic and needed an emergency operation. This was carried out at Pool House in the early hours. Our pony made a quick and full recovery, no doubt aided by the excellents vets and staff.

Caring, compassionate and very knowledgeable. Took our little girl kizzy as an emergency for Colic surgery. Greeted us as we arrived and treated her with speed and professionalism. Richard and his teamed took the time to explain what was happening throughout the events that took place. Can not recommended the clinic enough. Kizzy was to poorly to pull through, but she had an amazing team who put her needs and care first. Thank you from all the family

They took care of Bernard my Hamster when he was suffering from piles, he now seems so happy and full of life, he is also now in full time education and hopes one day to join the teaching profession, they also care for Horses and Guinea Pigs.

Pool House excellent care saved my horse from repeated laminitis attacks, taking control of the situation from the first phone call, I then boxed my horse 100 miles to the clinic, it was worth it ! highly recommended
