We were recommended Pickfords from an extended family member, who had used them for Commercial properties. After being assigned Esther to handle both our sale and purchase, we can't praise her enough. Despite an enormously difficult buyer (who exacerbated matters by employing a fairly incompetent solicitor) and some late curve balls (mysterious sellers in Hong Kong), Esther ensured all 4-5 parties in the chain were as in sync as possible to deliver exchange and completion on the same day. She kept us informed throughout the 6 months, expertly managed the logistics of all the funds to juggle and her support allowed us to move into our home as planned. She was excellent and Pickfords overall were great. Thanks!

Natalie and Harpreet have guided us through what is possibly the most challenging conveyancing transaction ever imaginable, over the last 7 months. Issues emerged on the buyers part that were totally unprecedented. Throughout this time they have remained totally reliable, professional and sympathetic.

We used Pickford Solicitors and the team of Harjinder, Laura & Rachel for the sale of our house near Bristol and the purchase of our bungalow near Carmarthen, South Wales.
We completed just 2 days ago and are very happy in our new home. Completion day itself went very smoothly and we were kept fully updated as the day progressed.
Harjinder, Laura and Rachel were simply excellent. Helpful, patient and very knowledgeable. Always ready to pick-up the 'phone and speak with my wife and I to address the queries that we had along the way. Our emails were also picked up and dealt with minimal waiting time.

What a great experience with Pickford's Solicitors and (Natalie in particular who was working on my case). I had a deadline to work towards and Natalie couldn't have done more achieve it. Communication was great, and you get a sense that the team at Pickford's works together really well.
The e-signing of doucments and the online system used to manage this process really helped speed things up aswell (although I thought the online timeline/stages not to be the reflective of the actual status - i.e. in real terms we were further ahead than the online system would lead you to believe). Even so, no points dropped for that as it really didn't matter at all, and was good to even have an online system which show all the stages needed during the conveyancing process.
Pickfords won on price, didnt mess around with any price changes changes, provide a top notch service, and so I would highly recommend them to friends and family. I for sure will deffo be using Pickford's for my future conveyancing needs.

We used Pickfords when purchasing our home and Harjinder was dealing with our case. We couldn’t be happier with the service she provided. As we were first time buyers there were at times things we were unsure of but Harjinder always explained everything really well and put us at ease throughout. We had a deadline for completion and have to say that Harjinder was the one who made it happen on time, she was always on the ball and chasing up others in the chain.
