I went to ORS to purchase an office chair for home. As I only work from home once a week on average, I didn’t want to pay a lot. I spent ages trying out different chairs with the help and advise of the salesman and eventually opted for one, that I felt supported my back well, though I wasn’t sure about the seat. However, after about an hour of sitting in it at home, my leg started to feel numb. I rang them and without hesitation, was told I could bring it back and change it. I swapped it for the other one I had been thinking about, and was reassured that if that wasn’t right, to bring it back and try another one. The staff are all lovely, friendly and helpful without being in anyway pushy. I’m now very happy with my chair which is great and only cost £54 quid. I’ve googled it and it new it would have been about £350!! I would highly recommend ORS and will certainly use them in the future if needed.

Whilst looking for a new desk I found ORS high in Googles natural rankings. On visiting the showroom I was pleased with the range of furniture and the help and advice Kevin could offer. I chose my desk and feel I got a great deal. Kevin took my number so he could arrange delivery, he rang me when he said he would and the delivery guys rang when Kevin said they would and they delivered when they said they would. All in all a perfect service.
