Thank you Louise, for helping us plan our special trip to Canada and Alaska. We had a fantastic time! It was so reassuring to know that if we had any worries or questions, you were always there to answer them.

Just back from an amazing trip to Venice, where many happy memories were made, celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary.
Louise absolutely made it happen!
We sent her a message with what sort of holiday we were looking for. She rang us to chat through our brief. Coming back to us in a timely fashion with a couple of perfect options…fitting exactly the vibe we wanted. Louise sorted out an excellent package, with the flights and hotel. She even did our on line flight check in and pointed us in the right direction for the Venice tax.
Having an expert sorting out our holiday gave us immense peace of mind and we would thoroughly recommend Louise to anyone looking for their next holiday.

Huge Thanks to Louise for booking our holiday to Fuerteventura. She found the perfect hotel and package as we had requested. She even printed the documents for us and delivered to the door when our printer broke last minute! Highly recommend - excellent customer service and choice of holidays.

A very efficient, hardworking and knowledgeable person, who can show patience and understanding when needed. What more do you want from a Travel Agent ?

Louise organised a fabulous trip for us in Miami and the Florida Keys. Everything went like clockwork - flights, car hire and hotels. If only she had been in charge of the weather... it started well...!

Louise to the rescue! One massive reason I will always use a Travel Agent and particularly someone like Louise who cares passionately about what she does, is when you need massive help she is there! I booked a Mediterranean cruise with Louise a couple of days ago. I then realised I had booked the wrong cruise!! Louise stepped in, albeit Late at night and resolved the whole issue without a problem whatsoever! Wonderful service. Thanks again Lou x

I've used Louise from Not Just Travel a few times now, Her service and attention to detail is just outstanding. Louise has arranged things such as, short sun get aways, last minute holidays to 14 night cruises, taster cruise's and constantly is on the look for accommodation that would suit our needs, being 3 adults. I would recommend Louise without hesitation, you can trust that you'll never have a bad experience ever again.

Louise did an excellent job of finding us a last minute holiday that catered to our needs as a family of five. She asked pertinent questions about what we were looking for so that she was able to quickly identify and refine the options available, as she knew exactly what we were looking for. Louise was lovely to deal with - she checked in on us before, during and after the holiday to make sure all was well and going smoothly. I would definitely book through Louise again and recommend to others.
