Moved into our new house to find the owners hadn’t left a key for the back gate! Ricky was available to come out on the weekend and replace this for me and even had time to change the other locks whilst he was here to save me arranging another visit. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again if I needed anything else lock related and will definitely recommend him!

Absolutely incredible service, helped us with our locks after our keys were stolen and came back the same day for another issue! So efficient and friendly! Would absolutely recommend Ricky every time!

Ricky has been a great find. Issue with front door on a Sunday and to top it off England playing! He responded and arranged to be out first thing. By 10am Monday I had a new lock installed and problem solved. Will use again if required.

Very friendly and professional gentleman. Came out within 20 mins of my phone call. Ricky couldn’t fix the problem straight away but made sure my door was locked before comeback and fixing it properly the next day. Would definitely use again if need and have already passed his number on to family and friends ☺️

Ricky was super efficient and friendly. Made me feel at ease and sorted the problem with our door in a short space of time. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his company. When we got locked out of our house at a very unsociable hour, Ricky was quick to respond, really friendly, knowledgeable, pragmatic and helpful. We got really good service and would definitely use again should I be silly enough to leave my keys on the inside of the door before my partner shut it (although we now have a safeguarding measure to prevent that). Definitely recommend

I experienced a front door security emergency this morning, and on a friend’s recommendation I rang Ricky Frith of Locksmith Frith Ltd. Ricky stated that he could be with me in about an hour and a half and arrived on time. He assessed the problem and returned later with the part needed for the fix,which was successfully done. He also fitted, upon my late request, an anti-snap lock and adjusted the door for a great fit. I found him to be very polite, pleasant and very professional. I would highly recommend him for any lock and security issues.
