Excellent service start to finish. Ricky was with us within 45 minutes of our phone call, he was friendly and professional and explained all of our options before getting the job done in a timely manor, and all on a Saturday afternoon too! Would definitely use him again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and reliable locksmith.

Thank you, Ricky! My children and I got locked out of the house due to an old latch system and couldn't use my key to get back in!
After we spoke on the phone, he was with us within 10 minutes, and within the hour we were back in the house. He assessed which was the least destructive way off getting back into the house, and replaced our lock within the hour. It was a fair fee too for it being a Saturday and sorted within the hour of calling him! Thank you so much! Definitely recommend 🌟

My neighbour gave me Ricky’s number as he had done work for them a few weeks previously. I found him to be very friendly and helpful. He spent two hours at our house fixing a window jammed shut and not only fixed the problem but discovered another issue and sorted that too without additional cost. Professionally he’s very knowledgeable.
The thing that made me realise I’d found a really good tradesman was when he stood at my front door and I took him through the house to look at the job and when I turned around he had taken his shoes off and was carrying them under his arm. The cost is good and he keeps you informed about everything. 100% recommendation from me, brilliant service.

Really great! Our front door wasn’t locking but shortly after calling it was quickly replaced (with a better product) and new keys provided - no problems at all!

Installed a centralised door lock that I can control (open and lock) from my phone and set specific user settings - in addition to using fobs. Significantly increased the security of my building and made it much easier for room hire too! Would highly recommend Ricky and the range of door lock solutions he has!

They also let me know in the morning what time to excpect their arrival later in the day, which was really helpful. The pricing was very reasonable and in line with competitors in the area.

Moved into our new house to find the owners hadn’t left a key for the back gate! Ricky was available to come out on the weekend and replace this for me and even had time to change the other locks whilst he was here to save me arranging another visit. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again if I needed anything else lock related and will definitely recommend him!
