What can I say about Fleur and her beautiful Elsie May Bridal, other than it was honestly the best wedding dress experience I've had!
Her approach to each client is like no other. She makes you feel like you're her best friend! From the moment you step in the door all of her attention is on you, your wants and needs, and nothing is too much trouble for her. I mean, I spent forever parading around the shop in my wedding dress because I felt like royalty, no one else allowed me to do that! 🙈
I'd visited 4 other boutiques before I ventured here, and this was the only place that I truly felt listened too and understood. I can go as far to say that every single emotion I felt, Fleur felt. Once I'd found my dress, I was crying uncontrollably, and so was she. That to me, was so such a precious moment, and it is why I love hearing from her on a personal level too. You don't often find a connection with a complete stranger like this!
I couldn't highly recommend this boutique enough, personally every bride possible should have the Elsie May experience! You will not be disappointed. ❤

I needed my wedding dress steamed and tried everything but nothing worked. 2 weeks until my big day and was in desperate need in getting it steamed. My husband to be enquired and from our first phone call to picking my dress after was amazing service. Customer service is amazing Fleur is such a lovely and friendly person and couldn’t do more to help us she is amazing. Managed to fit us in at short notice and was extremely helpful and did an amazing job steaming my wedding dress. Definitely 5 out of 5 stars ⭐️ xx

We came in for my mothers wedding dress and they made us feel so comfortable from the second we arrived! My mom tried on about 12 dresses and each one was completely different to the other, there we so many choices but she managed to narrow it down to 2 dresses. Could not have asked for a better first bridal fitting for my mom. She has not stopped talking about it and i cannot thank Fleur and her assistant enough! 💕

Today I met Fleur to hopefully find the dress for my big day, I arrived with no clue what I style of dress I wanted and was filled with dread that I would not be able to find the one.
Fleur was absolutely amazing she talked through what I like and don't like and she put me at ease within minutes of meeting her.
Fleur helped me find the most stunning wedding dress this afternoon and I found it all quite emotional that I had found my special dress in just one visit.

Oh what a fabulous experience. Today was my first bridal dress experience and it was great. I loved every minute. Fleur was just so so lovely. She made us all feel welcome. It felt like I'd known her for ages. She made me feel very comfortable from start to finish. And bonus.. I came away with 'THE' dress. Still on cloud nine. Highly recommend.

I had my wedding dress sent off to be cleaned and put in an heirloom box. absolutely loved it and it can be kept, stored and stay looking brand new.

What an experience! Fleur is such a pleasure to meet and so helpful and bubbly. Fleur hired a specific dress that I fell in love with and nothing was ever too much trouble. I contacted Julie to ask if she would be able to alter my wedding dress that I had purchased off the peg, my dress needed quite a bit of work doing and Julie literally transformed my dress to something so beautiful! I felt like a princess on my wedding day and the dress fitted me in all the right places. Thank you so much X

I brought my dress here last spring for my wedding on the 24th August 18. The dress in itself is beautiful but Julie made it look and fit beautifully. The alterations to it were fantastic and I honestly felt amazing all day. Friends had told me prior how uncomfortable they had felt after a while in their dresses but I could have kept mine on forever (I wish I could)

I honestly can’t explain how lovely and helpful Julie is! She is amazing and has really helped me and my bridesmaids with all our beautiful dresses. I’d 100% recommend and everyone needs to check out the charlotte Baker shop(which was Elsie may bridal where I got mine from) the dresses are unreal � thanks again Julie and roll on Friday for the big day xxx

Julie, I can't thank you enough for helping me find the perfect dresses for me and my bridesmaids... The shop is beautiful with an amazing selection of dresses for brides and bridesmaids, veils and accessories. I got everything in one go and Julie made it really relaxed and easy even though I had multiple visits and a huge party come with me to choose my dress. Julie's alterations were perfect and all the fittings were done around my bridesmaids works etc. I can't recommend Elsie May Bridal enough for both dresses and alterations.
