She has been so patient and kind in allowing me to literally try on almost the entire shop for both my dress appointment and accessories appointment!

I visited Elsie may bridal for the 1st time 3 weeks ago & met the gorgeous fleur! her shop is just beautiful & she was so welcoming & friendly. I tried about 5 dresses & fell in love with the last one I tried on. A few days later I started to have doubts about my choice & called fleur to see if I could go back & try it back on!
she as been amazing, so patient, kind & understanding to my doubts. she got me to try other dresses on, different styles to what I wanted & I finally found the dress of my dreams!!
Today I went back to try it back on & said "yes" to the most stunning dress 😍
Thank you fleur , you've made me feel so much better, & helped me make the right choice, you are a lovely lady & I would recommend everyone looking for their wedding dress to come & vist your shop. can't wait till I can pick it up & finally get to wear it xx😍🥰👰🏼♀️❤

Elsie May Bridal was the first shop I had visited in the quest for my Wedding Dress. 👰🏻♀️ I was very nervous but I was greeted by the lovely Fleur and I immediately felt that I was in good hands. 🥰 The shop itself is so beautiful and there are so many dresses, I lost count of how many I tried on. Fleur was so patient with myself, mum and maid of honour and there were so many laughs! ❤️ I found two very different dresses and nothing was too much for Fleur in accommodating what I wanted. ☺️ Fleur is also very responsive when I needed to speak with her and she is such a lovely lady! - I would highly recommend! 🌸 (The dress in the picture isn’t the dress I chose, as I don’t want to reveal it until the Wedding Day but it was in the top 3). 😘 Love Kate xoxoxo

Fleur is absolutely amazing, I tried on 50 dresses at her shop and she didn't get fed up of me , she maybe my friend but she is beautiful inside and out , I went to another bridal shop and was told I was basically chubby at a size 8 which really upset me! Elsie May Bridal is definitely the best in the Midlands and is ran by the best with her finesse, class , awesome sense of humour and beautiful soul you cannot ask for a better wedding dress shopping experience , I can't wait to be a Mori Lee bride , now hurry up with my dress ! Love you always 💓

What can I say about Fleur and her beautiful Elsie May Bridal, other than it was honestly the best wedding dress experience I've had!
Her approach to each client is like no other. She makes you feel like you're her best friend! From the moment you step in the door all of her attention is on you, your wants and needs, and nothing is too much trouble for her. I mean, I spent forever parading around the shop in my wedding dress because I felt like royalty, no one else allowed me to do that! 🙈
I'd visited 4 other boutiques before I ventured here, and this was the only place that I truly felt listened too and understood. I can go as far to say that every single emotion I felt, Fleur felt. Once I'd found my dress, I was crying uncontrollably, and so was she. That to me, was so such a precious moment, and it is why I love hearing from her on a personal level too. You don't often find a connection with a complete stranger like this!
I couldn't highly recommend this boutique enough, personally every bride possible should have the Elsie May experience! You will not be disappointed. ❤

I needed my wedding dress steamed and tried everything but nothing worked. 2 weeks until my big day and was in desperate need in getting it steamed. My husband to be enquired and from our first phone call to picking my dress after was amazing service. Customer service is amazing Fleur is such a lovely and friendly person and couldn’t do more to help us she is amazing. Managed to fit us in at short notice and was extremely helpful and did an amazing job steaming my wedding dress. Definitely 5 out of 5 stars ⭐️ xx

We came in for my mothers wedding dress and they made us feel so comfortable from the second we arrived! My mom tried on about 12 dresses and each one was completely different to the other, there we so many choices but she managed to narrow it down to 2 dresses. Could not have asked for a better first bridal fitting for my mom. She has not stopped talking about it and i cannot thank Fleur and her assistant enough! 💕

so today iv had the pleasure of meeting fleur who iv found to be so lovely, worm welcoming and super helpful.. Oh what a fabulous experience. Today was my first bridal dress experience and it was great. I loved every minute. Fleur was just so so lovely. She made us all feel welcome. It felt like I'd known her for ages. She made me feel very comfortable from start to finish. And bonus.. I came away with 'THE' dress. Still on cloud nine. Highly recommend.

I had my wedding dress sent off to be cleaned and put in an heirloom box. absolutely loved it and it can be kept, stored and stay looking brand new.

My Mom and I spent a couple of hours with Fleur (and her amazingly gorgeous long hair... so jelll lol) at Elsie May Bridal and OMG did we laugh!!! 😅 Probably a bridal experience I will never ever forget... infact, no ‘probably’ about it... hilarious ❤️ the shop is actually a hidden gem and has a huge selection of plus size dresses so if you’re a plus size bride I would highly recommend you get yourself booked in. No pressure sales whatsoever. You have the place to yourself and parking right outside the door which is always a bonus. Thank you Fleur for making us feel so welcome, it was like meeting up with an old friend ☺️

I contacted Julie to ask if she would be able to alter my wedding dress that I had purchased off the peg, my dress needed quite a bit of work doing and Julie literally transformed my dress to something so beautiful! I felt like a princess on my wedding day and the dress fitted me in all the right places. Thank you so much X
