Two very friendly guys. Every care taken to not bring in dirt from outside. Professional. Hired to clean my lounge carpet which had stains, but mainly to clean after my cat had been ill and urinated on it in several places. Stains all gone, did bring out the smell of urine for a few days but now all gone. Carpet quick to dry. Quite expensive but good result and would definitely recommend and have again.
