Neil did a great job of cleaning my mother's carpets. She is 93 and fiercely independent, so quite tricky to support. She was delighted with the results that Neil was able to achieve, despite him having to work around quite a lot of important clutter! Excellent service.

We did not think that our stair carpet would ever look clean again as we had had tiling work done upstairs which meant lots of dirt had been trodden in. After Neil's visit though, our stair carpet is as good as new! Thank you!
