Neil has recently cleaned some carpets for us to his usual high standard. You can totally trust his professional opinion on whether a stain will come out or not, and rest assured that if Neil can't get it out, no-one can! He provides a prompt and excellent service and I wouldn't consider using anyone else to clean my carpets.
