I won't lie I was under the impression that Chen Dry weren't cheap so I asked for an estimate first. Neil was great and gave me a rough idea what to expect. Our stairs were in need of a good clean and they certainly got that with Neil. Chen Dry are both affordable and effective in giving carpets a new lease of life. Plus Neil and his son were polite, considerate and conscious.
