Absolutely wonderful. Went for a kids birthday party. The staff were brilliant and friendly and very accommodating for me with my wheelchair. The staff were also particularly brilliant with my son who has autism. 100% will go again

A wonderful place, clean and full of character, that really allows little children to get up close with some beautiful, well looked after animals. The team were helpful, knowledgeable and so, so friendly and kind. We had a fabulous time. Highly recommended for kids under 5.

First visit today with our 3 girls was a very spur of the moment visit and it didn't dissapoint, all 3 absolutely loved feeding the Alpaca's and ponies.
Jumping pillow and play area added that extra enjoyment, lovely local little farm we'll be sure to return to 🙂

Such a lovely little place, and I had no idea that it even existed. My Daughter and I had such a fantastic time here and can not wait to go back again. The staff are friendly and polite, the experience is wonderful and a it's lovely clean and tidy place.

Honestly we where sceptical as size isn't great but honestly it was fab all staff where great bring animals round for the kids to see. Fab day out!

10/10 experience. Would definitely recommend to others. Our kids (and us parents) had the best time. The animals are looked after so well, the staff were friendly & informative and the cafe was delicious and shop well stocked. Can’t wait to come again the better weather. 🦙❤️

My daughter and I went this morning for a miniature pony experience!! My daughter loved it ❤ The staff were all lovely and made her birthday extra special and gave her a balloon, which was such a lovely touch! We got to walk around the farm and see all the other animals and play on the play area as well!! We were there a good hour and a half we would have stayed much longer but we had a birthday party to get home for, but will be returning, perhaps in the summer when it is a bit warmer!!

We visited today to see Santa and the grinch and we was not disappointed! We stupidly arrived on the wrong day (I blame the kids) 🤣 our visit was meant to be yesterday but the lady in the gift shop was lovely and got us in for today so it wasn’t a wasted trip. Santa spent so much time talking to the kids it was lovely, the grinch did not disappoint us either he was brilliant. We will definitely look at coming again. Thankyou so much x

Visited the Santa's grotto and little farm today!
We all have nothing but good things to say about the whole experience, the elves were so friendly and happy to take family photos on your camera/phone.
Santa spent so much time properly talking to the boys asking them about our plans, their wish lists, Santa and Christmas facts, and who knew, Santa is a Lego fan.
At no point did the experience feel rushed or like we were being ushered out.
The little farm was so cute too and the kids loved seeing what animals were there, as well as feeding the animals which was included with the Santa's grotto fee.
We would definitely recommend this as a wonderful, local, low key Santa experience at a reasonable price. And would very happily book there again.
Oh and a sausage and bacon knot goes down a treat on a cold winters morning 😜

We visited Santa’s grotto today and it was INCREDIBLE! I think i loved it more than my 2 year old🤣. The grinch was amazing he really made the experience! The elves were so so lovely they sang and made the event magical for my son.. Santa was also brilliant he spent time chatting and taking photos it wasn’t rushed at all, we spent the whole experience laughing, smiling and singing! All the animals and staff were fantastic, i want us to do it all over again! Thank you so much for creating such a fun and magical experience for families after the past few years due to covid ❤️

We had a lovely morning here at the grotto thank you 😊 Santa and the elves were lovely (in fact all the staff were lovely, and thank you to the little girl for telling us about and letting my boys pet her bunny rabbit Cotton!), it wasn’t crowded or rushed at all, the grinch was a great touch too. We loved feeding the animals and my 9 year old (who these days is too cool for family days out) asked if we can come back next year he enjoyed it so much.

Fantastic farm, my 4year old grandson loved his visit last weekend. Feeding the alpaca was his favourite. He loved the horses, goats and sheep. Picking the freshly laid eggs was fun.
And he loved the bouncy pillow and park area.

My son absolutely loves it here. He has the best time. The staff are all so lovely there and are friendly and accommodating. The staff really try to make it a memorable experience. Lochlann has been shown the pigs being thrown some pumpkins, got to sit in a farm buggy (he thought that was the best thing ever) stroked some mice and a snake amongst other things. The trail is super easy for a toddler to walk around and is small enough for it not to be too much for him. Thanks for a lovely couple of visits.

Great value for money! Fantastic day, staff are amazing. All the animals are healthy and happy, looked after so well. The children are allowed to hold everything, nothing is too much trouble. Absolutely fantastic day!
