Donna and Jeff looked after our dog Loki for his first time being home boarded. They were fantastic and we felt reassured that Loki was safe and well cared for. From the WhatsApp group they set up we could see that he clearly enjoyed himself!. They are very professional and knowledgeable. We can't recommend them highly enough!

Excellent service from Donna & Jeff , I would not trust my pets with anyone else and know they are in safe hands. They keep me updated when we go away how they are doing and also send the odd photograph or video to reassure me all is well and they are happy. Whenever we go to collect our pets they are reluctant to return home a great credit to Donna &Jeff and the care and love they show them .

Donna and Jeff are fantastic! They helped us out with home visits for our two kittens when we went away overnight. Not only do they perform the routine of feeds and litter cleanups, they went above and beyond to play with our kittens and send us regular updates whilst we were away. Animals at Home - West Staffs Ltd is a very professional and competent organisation, but Donna and Jeff are the cherry on top. They are kind, caring, and friendly individuals in their own right who will ensure your pets are safe and content in the comfort of their own home whilst you are away. We look forward to using Animals at Home again in future, especially for vet visits as we do not own a car.

Donna from Animals at Home stayed at my home 4 days whilst I was away recently.
One of cats has medication, one hides under the bed as he’s a scaredy cat! And the other one is a little nervous.
Donna settled in, sent messages and pictures regularly and from the very start, no hiding!
She had them all eating out of the palm of her hand.
I can’t tell you how relaxing and stress free my trip was as they all ate well, had lots fuss, playing and fun.
I’m already planning my next trip as it’s not going to be an issue leaving them,they have a new friend in Auntie Donna.
It’s a big decision letting someone into your home, to stay in your house.
Best decision I’ve made, the house was spotless when I came home, with 3 happy furry babies!!

Donna and Jeff have looked after our boys buster and seth two springadors for 2 years now once boarding with them and this year boarding at our home you will not find anyone that could love your dogs as much as they do I can go on holiday for two weeks and not have to worry and trust me I'm usually a worrier you get pictures videos messages every day the dogs are so happy and enjoying a holiday of their own they are professional caring and genuine people who are a credit to their profession I would recommend them without question first class service.

We have used Animals at Home West Staffordshire and highly recommend them. They offer a personal service and treated our British Bulldog Brenda as if there own. Normally when picking her up she cant wait to see us but after here stay with Donna and Jeff she did not want to come home she had such a great time. We received lots of photos through out her stay while we were on holiday which made the break from so much more relaxing as we could see Brenda was so happy. Donna & Jeff have truly been a blessing in our lives, not just from a professional point of few but also personal. They have cared for both our cat (who has since passed) and our Sprocker Spaniel Reggie.

From the very first consultation I was not only impressed but also reassured by the level of professionalism presented by AAH. They take time to really understand your furry folk, from basic needs to learning about the little creature comforts that keep them happy.

After having our Sprocker in 2015 I was confident I could rely on AAH for both boarding and walks thanks to the respect and trust that had been built between us. Even when they are packed out with bookings they will still do their best to try and meet your needs,

Donna and Jeff are just amazingly fabulous in every way! They looked after my adorable dog Bella on many occasions and I knew she was in safe hands and would be well looked after. They treated her as if she was their own dog and Bella loved every second of being with them. They showed great care and compassion when Bella finally left us - they handled the whole thing ... transport, cremation and providing lots of hugs to me. To get me through. Incredibly loving people and I wouldn’t trust a pet with anyone else!

Donna and Jeff really care about the pets they look after. They give them lots of love and attention. Nothing is too much trouble. One of my pets had diabetes and had to be injected every 12 hours, Donna and Jeff’s answer, no problem. I was on holiday in America and my cat was injured Donna came to get him at 2 o’clock in the morning and took him to the vets.
These guys are reliable, totally trustworthy and offer a quality service so you can leave your pets and have peace of mind. I can’t recommend these guys highly enough, they deserve this award. Well done guys!
