Lewis, Jake, Kieran, Jamie G and Karl were absolutely amazing. They arrived in good time and got to work immediately. They made light of moving our belongings and we were so impressed with the speed at which they worked. They were true professionals, polite and willing to go the extra mile. We couldn't recommend Franklins highly enough and look forward to dealing with them again when they bring our furniture to our forever home in France. Thank you so much guys!

I want to give a special thank you to Paul H and Zak who delivered my furniture from the UK to France. They were polite, helpful and a much needed joy after quite a few stressful weeks after emigrating. I can’t thank you both enough for handling my items with care, the compassion you showed and for making the delivery process as easy as possible. Thank you both again so much!

Thank you so much Franklins! You were exceptional!
Shout out to Paul H and Zak - super efficient yet also super friendly - who made a really stressful morning almost fun! In spite of my having, amongst other things, 60x boxes of heavy books. 🙈
And also Bev in the office for holding my hand every step of the way from London to Marseille!
Very highly recommended! (And reasonably priced too!) 👌

An absolutely incredible service from Franklins for my move from Sutton Coldfield over to Worcester.
Zack and Paddy were my crew on the day and they worked like machines to get everything done in super quick time. On top of that they were both really great lads, extremely polite and made me feel completely at ease during the whole process. They helped with packing up some of my boxes and pictures and did an incredible job. Nothing had any sign of damage whatsoever.... absolutely faultless.
Thanks also to the lovely ladies in the office Bev and Claire.

Super professional organisation. Kept me briefed on progress, dates & times plus support on ToR1 Form. Local lads UK side (Lewis & Jamie G) arrived on schedule & carefully unloaded everything, faster than I expected. Also big thank you to Bev at main office for the regular updates & support.

Huge thanks to Lewis, Matty, Zach and Jamie G. True professionals who worked relentlessly to ensure our furniture was packed on time and safely.
A great team who all took the time to introduce themselves to us and communicated really well throughout the 2 days it took to load our furniture onto removal trucks.
They are all a credit to the company.

We used Franklins for our international move from Brussels to the UK, and they were outstanding. Their team provided an affordable quote, responded fast to all inquiries, and remained incredibly flexible throughout. Moving countries is highly stressful, so their constant communication and adaptability made the entire process seamless.

My family and I moved from Alsace to Leeds in July 2026 after a year in France. Our 10 m3 goods (about 50 standard sized boxes bought on Amazon, a bunk bed, a couple of bookcases, a keyboard, a microwave, a few random items and five bikes) were collected on 15th July by franklins and they loaded the lorry very quickly with no issues. The goods were kept in storage when they arrived in the UK as we weren’t yet ready to travel. They were delivered to us in Leeds on 28th July by Karl and Keiran (who did a great job - very friendly and professional!)
We were really happy with how everything went. One thing to note was that they couldn’t give an exact moving/delivery date until quite short notice. They were able to give a window of two days. However, i think that’s standard industry practice.
They were very accommodating by delivering a week earlier than originally requested (due to a change of circumstances on our behalf).
Brilliant customer service by Bev throughout.
Thanks Franklins!

I can’t thank Franklins enough for all their support and efficiency on my big move from France back home to the UK!
The split deliveries - to my daughter's home and my new flat - went extremely well, the guys were very friendly and professional.
I would strongly recommend Franklins to anyone wanting reassurance about professionalism, consideration, expertise - and patience -, in a major, complex move, inevitably stressful and daunting for the client.
My warmest thanks and appreciation to Franklins, they have made a huge contribution to my return home after 50 years in France.
