Thank you and your staff for our move to Wolverhampton on 16 and 19 June 17. All of your men worked so hard and were very courteous. Nothing was too much trouble. Their helpfulness helped to take away the stress.

Packing up our home after almost 30 years was stressful enough without the thought of the actual moving day. We'd experienced the marketing tactics of several removal companies before contacting Franklins as recommended by our estate agents. Steve's approach was a breath of fresh air, relaxed, very professional and above all, competitive. Simon and Paul helped us move on the day, nothing was too much trouble ensuring all our items were securely packed into the crates in a timely fashion. As our furniture and possessions are going to store before onward delivery to Cornwall it was imperative we had absolute confidence in our movers, we believe we chose the best in Franklins. A local family business with real family values and one we would highly recommend to anyone moving home.

We were pleased with the standard of service and professionalism shown
by Simon and Lewis from your Company, who came to our house yesterday
and moved the piano to our daughter's house in Malvern. They arrived on time
and conducted the operation with a minimum of fuss and were very pleasant.
We would certainly recommend Franklins to anyone wanted removals in the
future.
Once again, many thanks.
