Franklins moved us from Berlin to Oxford end of July. A million thanks especially to Paul and Lee whom are not giving up on anything to make it happen!!! We had faced such difficulties due to unforeseen building sites towards our road, but thanks to your both determination it all got done! Big shout out to Bev too, who supported through the whole cumbersome process and sorted all paperwork and millions of questions. Absolutely brilliant you all are !!! Thank you

Franklins have moved us from England to France and back again in the last year. Each move has been professional and timely, with friendly, knowledgable staff. We stored our furniture back in the UK whilst we were waiting to sell our house in France and that too was very reasonably priced and arrived on a date we asked for. Again, very helpful, friendly, fast working staff. Highly recommend them for their service with removals and for their outstanding customer service throughout.

The company was extremely professional and helpful throughout a very stressful period in our lives, moving not just to another part of the country but abroad. They addressed all our concerns promptly and effectively. Bev in the office was excellent, and the team who loaded our home’s contents onto the van were pleasant and considerate. Thank you Franklins for getting me home to UK. I had lived in France for almost 18 yrs and due to personal reasons wanted to come back.<br>The contact, support and understanding with Bev was excellent. The team on the French side Carl + Daz were great. They worked well as a team, were friendly, relaxed, helpful and polite. My stress disappeared once they took over. The UK team Kieron + Fraser were great too, again friendly, helpful + polite.<br>I would definitely use Franklins again. 🙂

So helpful and friendly! My family moved from England to France and everyone was so nice, helpful and diligent. I reached out for a quote, I got a great price. Bev worked out all the details with me so there wouldn't be any surprises and answered all my many questions. Fraiser's group were excellent loading up our belongings so quickly and carefully. Finally, Alfie and George worked tirelessly unloading our belongings on the other end (and we had a fair few). Excellent work from everyone.
