HOMEBUILDER Redrow is inviting buyers to ‘Meet the Experts’ at a special event in Garforth which aims to take the mystery out of moving.
Whether you have got a house to sell, or you need independent mortgage advice, the award winning developer promises there will be someone to answer your queries at two neighbouring developments, The Poplars and Aspen Park at Roundwood in Garforth, near Leeds, on Sunday, March 3.
Redrow’s own sales consultants will be joined by relocation specialists Property Perspective and RSC New Homes mortgage advisers to guide would-be owners through the moving maze and provide them with up to date, free advice.
And visitors can take a tour around the show homes at both developments off Ninelands Lane, to view its two very different housing collections: Aspen Park’s Georgian-inspired Regent Collection and The Poplars’ Heritage Collection, with Arts & Crafts-inspired architecture reminiscent of the 1930s.
“It means that wherever and however you want to live, Redrow can help you achieve it,” says Jamie Barrington, trainee area sales manager for Redrow Homes (Yorkshire). “Guests will be able to tour show homes at both developments to appreciate two very different housing styles; and they can sit down and talk to our experienced consultants and independent property specialists about the different options available to help them attain their dream home at Roundwood.
“Buying a brand-new home can sometimes seem out of reach whether you’re yet to get on to the property ladder or you’re looking to downsize or relocate, but we offer a range of options and financial incentives to make it possible and easier than ever to achieve.”
And Jamie adds: “People who come along will not only be assured of excellent, free advice, but a warm and friendly welcome and a good old Yorkshire cuppa too”
The event will be an opportunity to find out about Redrow’s Help to Sell scheme which helps people sell, save and move with confidence in five simple steps.
Visitors can also learn more about Help to Buy, the government-backed incentive which offers an equity loan, interest-free for the first five years, for up to 20% of the value of a brand-new property, leaving just a 5% deposit and 75% mortgage to find.
Homes start at £335,950 at The Poplars and from £289,950 at Aspen Park. The Poplars offers three and four-bedroom homes from the Heritage Collection. There are two fully-furnished show homes to view, one of which, The Cambridge, is a four-bedroom detached home with a lovely open-plan kitchen, dining and family area; and the other a three-bedroom Warwick, also detached.
At Aspen Park the fully furnished four-bedroom Montpellier semi-detached townhouse offers a glimpse of the benefits of three-storey living. Additional space is afforded by an upward build, including two bedrooms and a bathroom on the top floor, complementing the master bedroom with en-suite, bedroom two and a family bathroom on the middle floor.
All three show homes have been professionally styled to show prospective purchasers what life in a Redrow home could be like and to show off some of the specification choices and optional upgrades.
Join Redrow at Roundwood on Sunday, March 3 between 10am and 5.30pm or, for more information about either development, visit www.redrow.co.uk/roundwood
