When in business, you always like to receive a great service to the standards you try to achieve yourself. Go Store Kettering did not disappoint me. A FAST response to my enquiry, upfront honest pricing and a great reception on my arrival to view what they have to offer.

I DID not hesitate to secure my storage room Also highly recommend the staff, especially when they offered a cup of coffee.

Never used a facility like this before , Never could see the point. But WOW !! what a fantastic place, spotlessly clean, very welcoming , great cup of tea . Many thanks will be using again. We were shown how to make a proper cup of TEA!!!

It's rare to see staff go above and beyond general politeness and corporate speil!
Well done to the young lady(sorry forgot your name!) who I encountered... nothing was a problem, everything was explained and no pushy sales, and when I asked about the "free van hire" thinking here we go with the catch of expensive insurance..to my surprise it's really is free if you need it !!!! So 10/10 from me and if you need storage give these a go... customer service on a different level! And no I'm not being paid by them !
