Came in for lunch on Monday afternoon, it was busy with a lovely atmosphere. Service was excellent. Every nook and cranny has something of interest. I will definitely be coming back again and would recommend to anyone.

Lovely little cafe that immediately transports you into days gone by-even if you are too young to remember! Period furnishings, decor and costumes. Simple but delicious food, a real slice of history and a delightful place to relax.

Rob, Simon and the staff all work together, making our village pub a great place to meet friends and neighbours. Maidwell would be a very sad village without The Stags Head.
