Once again we have had a smashing Sunday lunch take away today. Massive plates with so many lovely vegetables, Yorkshire puddings, meat and gravy. Vegetarian option too was very nice. Excellent food.
With the added extra of after dinner mints enclosed too.
We are very greatful for this service and also fantastic having the shop there to, Which is a credit to the village and surrounding areas. Please I encourage everyone to support the pub, especially now.

Can’t speak highly enough of the take-away service currently being offered by Rob and Rachel at The Stag in Maidwell. It’s absolutely amazing! Delicious food and fantastic value. Thank you so much. The lasagne and the burgers can’t be beaten! I have three hungry boys and Rob fills them up every time! Thank you so much.

Stopped here for food after doing the 12 mile Maidwell circular walk. Was very happy with the ribs and the service. COVID secure with plenty of space and sanitiser near entrance.
