This is the best hotel in the whole area, spotlessly clean, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Fridge in the room, lots of peronal touches, lovely spa and swimming pool, and good food in the bar. Highly recommend, will definitely be back

We stayed here while our son was competing in the national junior boxing finals, and the hotel really exceeded our expectations.
The building itself feels grand without being overbearing, and the atmosphere strikes a nice balance between relaxed and refined. The staff were attentive throughout our stay, always helpful without being intrusive.
We had a great meal one evening, with good quality food and a nice setting to chill out after a long day.
Location-wise, it’s ideal – just off the A14, making it really convenient to get to while still feeling tucked away enough to be peaceful.
Overall, a really enjoyable stay with lots of personal touches that sets it apart. We’d definitely return.

Great price for a night for bed and breakfast. Room spotless comfy and well equipped. Nice bathroom with nice touches hotel new but made to look like a country manor Bar prices ok staff friendly great selection for breakfast and awesome outside dining drinking area. Lots of parking and easy to get to off the A14. Not much around in walking distance as on an industrial/office type estate

What a lovely , clean and very friendly staff . Especially Cassidy and Leanne who took the time to have a lovely friendly and laughing conversation with us. To be fair all the staff were the same. Loved the decor and the food was just wow esp the stake pie. We will definitely return again .

Great spa day experience for a girly day with my sister. The ladies at the spa were so attentive and efficient, great treatment, facilities were clean and relaxing. Lunch was delicious, however service was slow considering we had pre-ordered and there were only 2/3 other tables but waiting staff were friendly nonetheless. All-round a lovely day and great value too - will certainly be back!

Now l don't know where to start because everything was just too exceptional.
From the reception staff to housekeeping to bar staff to just about every single human was incredible.
I had a massage by Chloe and it was just so lovely. She took the pressure right out of me. The sauna, steam room and jacuzzi was incredible.
Every human in Kettering waa just amazing. Beautiful caring people. Lovely little gem. Definitely returning.

Can only rate gym at moment and it is small but perfectly adequate. Not too busy at the times I've visited. Beautiful pool alongside for leisure swimming. Clean and well maintained. Didn't stay at hotel but looks very welcoming.

Got married here at the end of March and we couldn’t have asked for a better venue. From the very first viewing we felt completely at ease. We had the pleasure of having Steph as our organiser and she was absolutely brilliant; Friendly, organised and genuinely invested in making our day special.
On the day itself everything ran completely smoothly, which was due to all of the staff being excellent at what they do. Shannon was our host on the day and she really made us feel relaxed and knew exactly what she was doing. Every single staff member was attentive, professional and warm. They ensured not just us, but all our guests were looked after perfectly.
The whole experience from start to finish was faultless and truly memorable. We’re so grateful for every person at this beautiful venue for helping to create such an incredible day for us. We would wholeheartedly recommend this place for anyone looking to plan a wedding! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I like this hotel a lot, the staff are almost uniformly great (the older staff tend to be better than the younger). But over the years I've found it consistently frustrating in a number of silly ways. I'm writing this in the hope that someone in managment will listen. Issue 1. I've never had a good evening meal here. To be fair I've not gone into the dining room which might be better. But the bar and the spa are meh. On my previous visit I was given the most genuinlely revolting dish I have been offered ever. (It was described as popcorn chicken but really wasn't. ) This time I tried the the room service. My son's burger was fine (19 quid PLUS 2 quid extra for cheese and another 2 quid for bacon), but his truffle chips were covered in so much pepper that he barely touched them. My pizza though (£16) was something else. Tragically bad. It was hard, tasted of cardboard. It had dry and baked on tomato sauce and vaporised cheese that had separated from the cardboardy base like some kind of hardenned dome. (This evening I just ordered from Nandos which is just round the corner.) The coffee at the bar is also fairly meh too and seems to come from a mid-level machine but is charged as if it is high end. Issue 2 here is the spa. People are allowed to camp out on the seating all day, by leaving towels out, so it is hard to find anywhere to relax. If you do get one of the recliners and try and read a book, the plastic cushions will slide you down the recliner until. you are horizontal in quite a comincal way. They are not attached to the recliner! Lastly, if you check out at 11am on a Sunday--and you arrived at check in time at 4pm on Friday--you don't get to use the spa after 11am without paying another 25 pounds! That is right. You pay for two nights, i.e. 48 hours, but you are allowed to use the spa for 43 hours. Shabby. Oh and for some reason they shut the spa on Saturday early at 8pm despite the high demand. Lastly, there needs to be a sign up or something reminding people that if they are reading something on their mobile phone in a spa they should cover their cameras or something. Mabye hand out stickers to cover them or something. Nobody likes to feel like they are being filmed in their swimwear by a 15 stone man with a tattoo who is actually scrolling social media and not taking pictures to enjoy later. Thanks for reading.
