Got a quote for interim service and mot. Bit shocked at how much the price had gone up,won't use them anymore .The price increase is probably to do with the fact that Richards is now called BTN and as I work opposite I've noticed they are not as busy as they were. The guys that work there are brilliant and trustworthy, it's just that the price let's it down.

I’ve been using Richards for years, they’ve always offered great value/service compared to the main dealer. The equipment/diagnostic tools they have available are superb. I visited this week to have a car MOT’d and a Service as it’s now BTN Automotive, was great to see familiar faces when visiting after the change of ownership. The pricing for the service was on point. I would not hesitate in recommending BTN Automotive

Always very helpful. I've had good service and advice when planning future work. Can do your MOT as well. Closer than my nearest BMW dealership which is also helpful. They are able to update the official service record with BMW.

Absolutely thrilled to bits with our 2 week complete bathroom makeover!! Iain designed and recommended exactly what we were after and Dom, Adam and Liam were a seamless team of trades coming daily to complete the next stage. A special thanks to Dom who really went above and beyond to ensure that we had a funtioning bathroom over the weekend when we hit a slight glitch but again, all sorted with no hassle! Outstanding service from the team at Rothwell Tiles and Bathrooms. We purchased a property that had 3 very dated bathrooms circa early 1980's which desperately needed updating and remodelling. Ian visited and helped us to design the bathrooms of our dreams including knocking down walls and fully updating everything from heated flooring to walk in showers. The team were careful to keep in our budget and were always available to discuss anything night or day. They managed the project from beginning to end and always with a smile despite some set backs due to the original construction. Thank you to Craig, Ian, James and Dom for delivering an amazing job. We are so happy with the results. 100% recommend them for any project you may have.

Thanks to all at Rothwell Bath and Tiles. Especially Steve and James.
They promised mum would have her new bathroom for her 80th birthday and they delivered with style. We would recommend to anyone in in the Kettering/south Leicestershire area for all tiling and bathroom solutions. Our challenge was a tiny bathroom for a family of 4, 2 with different mobility issues. We needed a company that offered a total solution co ordinating all building/electrical/plumbing/tiling in a small time frame rather than trying to project manage the different trades ourselves.
We are thrilled.
