Helpful , knowledgable and pretty fair on prices . Bit of a victim of their own success as the yard/car park is rammed full . Excellent. Richard and his team have been looking after my BMW and Mercedes for years. Their honesty and transparency is so refreshing compared with less scrupulous main dealers. Recently the BMW developed a fault that could have cost thousands to resolve (suspected gearbox failure) but Richard and his team spent the time to thoroughly diagnose and determined that a progressively seizing rear caliper was at fault. This was replaced along with pads plus I asked for a full transmission service (needed after 120k miles) All done without fuss. Car is running perfectly! Well done.
