What a lovely 1940s themed cafe. We enjoyed a delightful Churchill afternoon tea here. There are two different types on offer. Ours included scones with jam and cream, corned beef sandwiches, mini Yorkshire puddings with pigs in blankets, minimprok pie with pickled onion, crisps and pickle. We had tea with ours. The tea is amazing! No seriously, it was so good we asked which brand it was. It's sprecially bought in and was really delicious. The staff are friendly and polite. I wish I had known about this place when my parents were alive; it would be the perfect place to take my mum (who had Alzheimer's), it would have bought back many memories for her. I highly recommend this lovely unique cafe.

A very welcoming country pub with the most delicious food - perhaps the best roast beef in have ever eaten! Staff were highly attentive, aware of allergy requirements and ensure a very friendly, pleasant atmosphere.

Eight of us met for a family celebration of my daughters 30th birthday. We were not disappointed on arrival a really busy bar and restaurant with a great buzz, polite welcoming staff, great menu and fantastic food and drink. Highly recommended and thanks Timmy and team for a great night see you all again soon.

I nipped in for a Cappucino and was surprised to find that not only was it hot enough to melt cast iron, it was priced at £4.50! Having just moved from London where i could get the same drink for £4.20 (Fika, Snaresbrook), it felt a bit steep. After scalding my tongue, the Cappucino tasted ok.

Went here today for my breakfast with my son. Had a really great breakfast. Everything cooked to perfection and most friendly staff. Yes 1940s music was playing but this adds to the charm of this place. Don't miss out.

I happily give this business 5 stars for the professionalism and standard of work they carried out replacing our family bathroom and cloakroom toilet.
Iain supported us through the initial stages and choosing of bathroom furniture, Jamie advised us on electrical work and Dom the plumber was exceptional in the way he carried out the work of fitting out the bathrooms. Nothing was too much trouble for him.
The works were all carried out in the timeframe we were given and we would highly recommend to anyone.
