I needed somewhere to store some items urgently as my garage where it was stored was damaged. I contacted self store and they gave me a quote straight away. I had the storage for more than a year with them and throughout all that time I was kept up to date with plenty of notice of price increases (which were very low) or work that needed to be done or any other updates. Very clean and secure. Straight forward, honest, helpful and professional. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again when needed

The team at Kettering Self store are a very happy and helpful bunch - always willing to help and always on hand if you need something urgent. the facility it's self is also really good easy to get in and out clean, dry and free wifi if you need it.

Graham was extremely helpful from the outset, answering my initial enquiry promptly and subsequent follow up questions by return. The storage unit is accessible and feels very safe and secure. I would definitely use this facility again if needed as it is conveniently located and a good price.

It`s like having another room to put all that stuff you want to get to only once in a while for about quarter the price of renting an extra room.<br>It could be cheaper though maybe?<br>A more economic plan (perhaps without 24 hour access or something) should be available to us on a low income, living in Bedsits (which is becoming more popular these days).

The staff are always friendly and helpful. Great location, super clean units, easy to access 24/7. Just remember to take your phone out of your unit before you shut the door as it locks immediately and you need the app on your phone for access! Managed to lock my phone in my unit on a Saturday evening…. Fortunately, my son was with me, so using his phone we called the out of hours number and the helpful member of staff advised my son to download the app and use my login details - which I could remember as it wasn’t an auto generated password.
