Really positive experience here. Had an issue with my mini the guys communicated with me regularly and kept me updated. They were really helpful with everything. Nothing was too much trouble even when I had a warranty issue they were there on hand to help. Its rare to find a decent garage with honest hard working genuine people but these guys were brilliant. Highly recommend

Good service and attention to detail. Full fluids and filter service on my 530xd. They even equalised the tyre pressures and undertook a visual assessment of their age and condition. Great value for money.

Just had our mature Landrover Discovery 4 fixed and MOT'd. It was a major job no garage wanted to help but BTN took on the challenge and succeeded flying colours. The team was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We are very happy having our car back running smoothly and can definitely recommend using this garage as we will in the future. BTN are brilliant, friendly efficient service, got to the bottom of an annoying rattle quickly and solved within an hour. Being an executive chauffeur service my vehicles have to kept in premium condition and serviced regularly and more importantly fixed quickly if anything untoward comes up. BTN give me piece of mind and I wouldn’t use anybody else. Highly recommend.
