Great service throughout our time using the unit. Got this for our ww2 equipment and also uni stuff which the unit accommodated for nicely. The security was really well setup and access 24/7 was a good benefit. Overall 10/10 and we will consider using again.

Good location with big loading bays, clean professional facilities and easy access 24/7. Natalie Hargreaves is quick to respond to emails making the process incredibly easy and hassle free. Safe. Secure. Trustworthy facility

Very professional from start to finish. Natalie on reception went above and beyond from the first email to the signing of the contract and showing me round. I would highly recommend using Kettering self store.

Pace of play slow, due to unplayable rough 5-10 yards off the fairway? Brilliant course don't know if the green keeper knows how to grade the rough?

Lovely setting, lovely food and a good level of service every other time I've been. This time, however, it fell short. I had given my guest an 80th birthday present which included a Thornton's mini birthday cake. My guest decided on the spur of the moment that she'd like to open the cake, so that we could join her in enjoying it. The waitress told us she wasn't able to serve it and that we weren't allowed to eat it, in case we became sick and blamed it on them! It was embarrassing and I said we'd risk it, to then be told she'd get a 'b-llocking!
Most other establishments would not only have offered the lady a knife and plate, I'm sure they'd have also wished her a happy birthday! C'mon Dovecote, you can do better.
