Stayed for 2 nights and we were really impressed with this hotel. It is well maintained and equipped with very friendly and attentive staff. The food was excellent and we had a lovely stay.

Our room which was a signature room the shower was’nt very hot , there was a broken skirting board and the bed was so uncomfortable we’ve both got sore backs this morning . We also had no TV it wasn’t working in our room .
The Spa situation wasn’t good it was full of members and we had paid for an early checkin to be able to use the spa when it was jammed pack the whole time . When we did get to use the jacuzzi it was cold and complaints were made . The steam room didn’t have much steam and was really dirty and not clean . This was hardly a spa hotel break .
The only good thing was the breakfast we had this morning and staff were polite . But this was for a birthday treat and really wasn’t what we was expecting from the advertised deal on your site. This wasn’t a relaxing spa hotel at all . We were very disappointed .

We stayed at the hotel for our wedding menu tasting. The staff really do go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. We stayed in the four poster room and it was beautiful, the bed was so comfy and the little extras were welcomed. We really did enjoyed our stay and look forward to our wedding next year.

Have used them twice in a few months (annoyingly, no fault of theirs) but have recieved easy professional service every time, from the offices to the engineer on site i cant fault them and will always recommend them to anyone. Very happy customer

I stayed here with my husband and we had a wonderful stay. We loved the spa and the breakfast. Bedroom was very comfy and Laura on the desk was very helpful and lovely. Looked a nice place to get married also. Would highly recommend.

Well into my 2nd year with what used to be “GoStore” which has recently been taken over by “The Storage Team”, was a little concerned that what was a family owned business is now going to be a corporate company and that the service and helpfulness would drop, because of this I was potentially looking to move to another storage company nearer to where I live albeit this is another corporate company which I discussed with Ash at the time as the deals the new company offered were superb which again I mentioned to Ash.<br><br>However it hasn’t currently and whilst Nicole and recently Adrian have since gone onto ventures new Ash is still there with the help of Adam from Corby store as well as Ali (new member so the name could be wrong?).<br><br>Since allowing Ash the details of the offer made by the other company she has kindly offered a comparative offer so I’ve now again moved units and every time for bigger ones, I’ve now got a 100sqft unit which I’m genuinely hoping will be the last time as moved 3 times prior and now this unit should be what I should’ve had from day 1.<br><br>Every time I’ve moved they’ve been really helpful and made the transition so easy, thank you for that.<br><br>Whilst there I get offered a brew and the odd sweet - biscuits would be nice lol - would I have got the same service from the other company? Can’t answer that as will never know but sometimes it’s better the devil you know and whilst this is a little out of my way Ash and her team are always very friendly and happy to be of assistance and give me a wave regardless.<br><br>Thanks must go to Ash as she’s a great asset to The Storage Company and one that I’ve been dealing with from day dot, unsure what will happen if she were to go then I may look elsewhere, for now though I’m staying put!!<br><br>Keep up the great work and look forward to many more months / years with you.
