Nice hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff from front desk to breakfast staff. Clean spacious tidy rooms with sofas and work desks, little fridge and fresh milk provided, although on the ground floor mine was a little tired and cool on the heating side. Spa facilities are great with a nice pool, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. Bar as would be expected but evening meals are over priced and lacking lustre and appeal for the ££.

I had my Audi A6 Estate serviced at BTN Automotive recently. This garage was recommended to me as I had been having difficulty finding a garage with the latest diagnostic technology (other than Audi). I was extremely pleased with the professional service provided and because problems were solved that had defeated other garages I was able to have complete faith in the work that was done. I would certainly recommend this garage highly.

I recently had my car serviced here and cannot praise the manager or the team at BTN Automotive Ltd enough! The manager was very helpful and talked me through everything I needed to know and the price that I paid was fair! I had complete faith in leaving my car whilst the work was completed. My supercharged Discovery si6 needs expert hands to keep it at peak performance. I have used BTN 3 times now for a full service, tracking, brakes and an MOT. They have legendary customer service and the balance between cost and expertise is great value for money. I am very happy to have them so local and if you love your Land Rover and want experts you can trust I heartily recommend them.

I am really pleased with the service I received at BTN. The garage is easy to find with plenty of parking. We were greeted by the friendly staff for an efficient handover.<br>I was notified the car was ready later on. Again an efficient service when I collected my car. Great value for money . The car is running like a dream<br>I would highly recommend this company. Clean, tidy garage and friendly staff. Thank you Ben and everyone at BTN. I loved the toffees as well!!
