Many, many thanks to Craig and his excellent team for our new bathroom. From the moment we entered the showroom we were given great advice and money-saving suggestions to bring together a bathroom to suit our budget. There's a brilliant selection of tiles and fitments in the showroom, and nothing was too much trouble from the word go. Everyone involved was polite, easy going, helpful and extremely tidy, and a pleasure to have in our home. The installation went very smoothly and we are delighted to recommend this company without reservation. A brilliant family-run business that deserves every success! Thank you Sam, Brian, John, Tony and Paul. A shame to see that Alex is no longer in the shop on Saturdays though - such a lovely lad!

Nothing was too much of a problem and all trades used in the refitting of our new bathroom were all reputable, punctual, tidy and experienced. We can't praise Craig and his team enough. Having recently moved into the area we discovered that we had a lot of plumbing problems with our beautiful Fired Earth bathrooms and cloakroom. Fired Earth were very helpful and put us in touch with Craig, which was the best thing that ever happened for us. At times we were in the depths of despair but thankfully Craig and Sam took time out to talk things through with us and make practical suggestions. This helped enormously and we knew we were in good hands. They have been more than helpful and most of our difficulties have now been resolved by this marvellous team. Brian is a plumber beyond expectations - a wonderful, intelligent worker, and so tidy. When his work is finished you would not know he has been in your house! I would urge anyone out there to use this company - you just cannot go wrong. They have time for their customers and that's rare these days.
