Beautiful 2 night stay here. Rooms spotless, tidy and comfortable.
Food in the restaurant was delicious, dinner on 2 nights and both nights exceptional.
Breakfast also excellent, lots of choice and really fresh.
Spa was as advertised, functional, clean not overly crowded.
Service from the staff was top notch. From Emily at check in (and out) couldn't do more to help, Leanne in the restaurant in the evening was super friendly and the three ladies at breakfast, Poppy, Anna and Jo were great with coffee and toast aplenty.
A great stay and decent value too.

We stopped over here during the Easter break and loved every minute. Our room was spotless and had some welcome family touches, like robes for children and a nice selection of tea and biscuits. They even had fresh milk on tap in the hallway!
There was a dedicated time for kids to use the spa swimming pool which was appreciated, and a great way to get some exercise in before breakfast (or just lounge in the whirlpool / steam rooms). We didn’t have time for a massage, or I would have booked as the staff were really helpful. You pay extra for parking, but it was convenient and not too much of a shock. We would stay here again for sure!

We celebrated my aunt's 50th birthday, it was lovely the room was set up beautifully and the food was great... 2 guests forgot their personal items in the rooms and we found them..the garden is beautiful ❤️

4 of us booked 2 twin rooms with dinner and breakfast, absolutely perfect in every way.
Dinner was divine, the food 10/10 and the service was second to none. The staff went above and beyond when they prepared a birthday cake board for us.
The spa as always is lovely, laying out in the sun after in the beautiful garden.
Thank you for making our joint birthdays extra special.

My Sister had her Wedding Reception there in 1996. I was a Gym/Spa Membership there back in around 2003 to 2005.
We booked 2 Signature Twin Rooms for 4 Friends last night and I can honestly say that it has improved and is a very special hotel.
We had a lovely 24 hr stay, very relaxing, lovely Dinner with Wine and Good Food, Delicious Breakfast and some very chilled Spa and Swim time. The Gardens are a lovely Sun Trap and are beautifully landscaped.
The best thing by far though that are a credit to the Hotel, are the wonderful staff, who literally cannot do enough to help you.

We stayed here for a family birthday treat for 1 night we had interconnecting rooms which was great the rooms have everything you need option of room service and loads of information about tge Hotel which helps with your stay.
There are great little perks like complimentary milk stations in the corridors and filtered water.
