Just had a lovely cream tea at this warm and welcoming tea room, with my mum, my daughter and my granddaughter. Mum loved the wartime decor and music, it took her back to her younger days and being in the forces, a real trip down memory lane.

The magical wonder of this delightful café is to be experienced! There is a sense of vintage-ness; a british patriotism, of both pre- and post- 1940's about the Café that leaves you in awe, and you will (if you are lucky enough, as my wife and I certainly were) find people coming in for afternoon tea appropriately dressed in the style befitting this gem of a place! Of the food itself, you won't be disappointed - the scones are "big" and delicious. The cakes are home-made affairs, and scrummy too! Note. The cakes made with cream, well turn the corners of your mouth up, you're in for a treat. And don't forget to add a nice cup of tea to round it off with!
