For years I have been very happy with the coffee I bought from the York Emporioum. On moving house, I thought I ought to try a local roaster. I bought from Well Roasted the closest match to each of the single estate coffees I had bought in York, and tested them by making a cup of Well Roasted and a cup from York. For every one I found the Well Roasted to have a superior and more balanced flavour. My particular favourites are Honduras, Costa Rica, Brazil Fazenda, and the decaff Peruvian.

We had a lovely time at the hotel for a one night spa break. Staff friendly and helpful, food and drink was lovely and the spa was what we needed!
I have given 4 stars rather than 5 because we attended a spa hotel for a relaxation, like most people, however the hotel allowed a large number of children in the spa in the afternoon so it became like a kids pool rather than a relaxing spa, other than that we had a great time.

Good course and plays well all year round. Can be a bit windy at times, making the par 3’s particularly challenging, but that’s part of golf.<br>Well maintained greens but some of the bunkers could do with some TLC.<br>Friendly staff and some nice food options both pre round breakfast and post round meals. Chilli was fantastic and my buddy had a boss looking gammon, egg and chips.
