Warm and welcoming service from all staff. The hotel has a lovely spa, with plenty of space to relax both inside and outside. The property has a lovely garden with a fab Garden bar outside for al fresco drinks and/or food. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. My spa treatment was fantastic, would highly recommend booking in. The bedrooms could be a little more cheerful (pop of colour would be great) but very comfortable and well appointed, with luxury products in the bathrooms, fluffy bathrobes, slippers, pretty china teapots with cups and saucers, a coffee machine and fresh milk and chilled water available on all corridors!

Could not be happier about my appointment with Simon. Came with my elderly Mum who was worried about her pensions and tax,which I didn't understand either. Simon looked through the endless paperwork we bought with us and told us what we needed to do next. He was very professional and reassuring and helped us both understand and put our minds at ease. We came out from our appointment feeling a lot less stressed. Would definitely recommend Simon and so would my Mum.

Really enjoyed our visit. Turned up for a table of 6 without booking on a sunny Sunday. Staff were very accommodating, the food great and a pleasant sunny beer garden. Will definitely visit again.

A sunny, early week lunch.<br><br>Had the Gambas Pil Pil - prawns in white wine, garlic, chilli. Also I fancied something extra and asked if I could order off menu - a portion of whitebait ? No problem, which was a nice touch.<br><br>The meal was excellent - well presented, good portion size and very tasty<br><br>Service was friendly and personable.<br><br>They even found my scarf to pick up on my next visit<br><br>Very happy 😊😊
