Our wellbeing assessment is simple and easy-to-use, and involves a series of questions around the eight core areas of wellbeing.
The full assessment will take approximately 10 minutes to complete, after which you will be provided with a holistic analysis of your health and wellbeing needs and goals.

Spring Fitness Challenge Starts 9th July.
Sessions will include tips on eating right for best results.
Sessions are on Mondays 6.30pm, Thurs 7:30pm (Hall), 6.30pm (Outside from June).
If you book early for the challenges you save £1 so ONLY £4 per session.

The CobraFIT training we undertake is an accredited high intensity interval resistance training programme. We are the only accredited CobraFIT centre in Northamptonshire.
CobraFIT can burn up to 1000 calories in a typical 45 min class, shred body fat, gain muscle and improve energy and stamina. You can also continue to burn calories 38 hours after working out.
CobraFiT Kettering classes are now offered on Mondays 6.30pm and Thursdays 7.30pm.

COMMUNITY WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE
Our 12 week health and nutrition course comprises of health and nutrition topics each week with lots of tips, an opportunity to design a meal plan and receive plenty of encouragement in a friendly environment.
Whatever your goal, weight loss, increased energy or health improvement join in with our regular attenders and the winners will receive a certificate.
These courses are done in small groups and some people may get a voucher for 12 FREE Sessions if your BMI is above 30.
There are also personalised individual courses available.
Sessions are currently held on:
Tuesdays : 10.30am or 5.30pm OR Wednesdays : 2pm
On the Challenge, you will get:
All participants are invited to attend exercises to suit their fitness levels at the Fitcamp, eg CobraFIT or our regular Wednesday Health Walks.
If you are considering becoming a health coach in the Kettering area we offer training and support every 2 weeks on a Tuesday.
