The facilities themselves are excellent! Safe, secure and accessible 24/7, with Wi-Fi, meeting rooms, complimentary tea and coffee, and a kitchen available for everyone to use. The team will always try their very best to accommodate any requests, which is something I genuinely appreciate.
Another fantastic benefit, particularly for anyone running a business, is that you can have deliveries sent directly to the facility. If you're unavailable, the team will happily receive and look after them on your behalf. There's also a postbox available, which is incredibly convenient.
It can be a little pricey, but each to their own! You're paying for a safe and secure facility with plenty of useful amenities, and there's certainly value in what you're getting.
Now, credit where credit is due to some truly wonderful members of staff!
Callum is absolutely amazing! Super friendly, genuinely nice, welcoming and professional. Always approachable, happy to help and a pleasure to deal with. Honestly, I can't fault him!
Kaliyah is absolutely delightful and incredibly helpful all the time! Nothing ever seems too much trouble for her. She's also fantastic when it comes to deliveries, always on top of incoming parcels and promptly sending confirmations through WhatsApp to keep you updated. It's those little things that really make a difference, especially when you're busy running a business.
Daniel is a fantastic manager who oversees both the Kettering and Corby facilities. Give the guy a raise! He's professional, approachable and always has a great smile! You can clearly see his excellent leadership reflected in the fantastic team behind him. Great leadership deserves recognition!

After having a poor experience with shurgard self storage. I phoned storage team and what a different. a real person on site to speak to even on a Saturday. He did everything possible to help us can't thank callum (Kettering) enough brilliant service highly recommend

Amazing staff, they really helped me when I was shopping around for storage units as my girlfriend’s mother had pasted recently so we needed to store her belongings. Dan and his team are amazing, very polite, professional and flexible. Storage facility 6 stars! Outperforming many other storage company by service, add-ons and price. You got lightning in most of the units, electricity sockets, WIFI!!!! + Have shared kitchen and meeting room, and coffee corner. A massive parking, 3 loading bays, dispatch and receive room! And music all around storage. And access 24/7 As I said 6 stars!
