Well into my 2nd year with what used to be “GoStore” which has recently been taken over by “The Storage Team”, was a little concerned that what was a family owned business is now going to be a corporate company and that the service and helpfulness would drop, because of this I was potentially looking to move to another storage company nearer to where I live albeit this is another corporate company which I discussed with Ash at the time as the deals the new company offered were superb which again I mentioned to Ash.<br><br>However it hasn’t currently and whilst Nicole and recently Adrian have since gone onto ventures new Ash is still there with the help of Adam from Corby store as well as Ali (new member so the name could be wrong?).<br><br>Since allowing Ash the details of the offer made by the other company she has kindly offered a comparative offer so I’ve now again moved units and every time for bigger ones, I’ve now got a 100sqft unit which I’m genuinely hoping will be the last time as moved 3 times prior and now this unit should be what I should’ve had from day 1.<br><br>Every time I’ve moved they’ve been really helpful and made the transition so easy, thank you for that.<br><br>Whilst there I get offered a brew and the odd sweet - biscuits would be nice lol - would I have got the same service from the other company? Can’t answer that as will never know but sometimes it’s better the devil you know and whilst this is a little out of my way Ash and her team are always very friendly and happy to be of assistance and give me a wave regardless.<br><br>Thanks must go to Ash as she’s a great asset to The Storage Company and one that I’ve been dealing with from day dot, unsure what will happen if she were to go then I may look elsewhere, for now though I’m staying put!!<br><br>Keep up the great work and look forward to many more months / years with you.

Never used a facility like this before , Never could see the point. But WOW !! what a fantastic place, spotlessly clean, very welcoming , great cup of tea . Many thanks will be using again. We were shown how to make a proper cup of TEA!!!

I would rate and recommend Go store as excellent. Ashleigh went above and beyond for me on the phone and in person. Due to my circumstances getting my items into storage was abit late in the day and rushed and Ashleigh stayed on for almost two hours so I could have time to get all my items into storage. I cannot thank you enough Ashleigh you are truly amazing and made a awful experience less stressful and more bare able. Thank you so so much again and I’d highly recommend Go store and definitely if needed would use them again and not consider ever going anywhere else

A HUGE thank you for both Adrian and Niki for their attention, professionalism and amazing organisation skills to sort my storage out. I mistakenly booked a small storage and they instantly booked me a larger space as well as a van with a man last minute, when our van wasn’t instantly available. They treated every obstacle with utmost professionalism and my shi**y anger management issues like a boss. Thank you thank you thank you. Also, this storage is spotless clean, no idea how it is done but is clean. And well looked after. Prices are good, overall good experience. Highly recommended ✊

Really professional but also very friendly service. Really clear Information provided about the facility and services and the setting up of the contract was very simple.<br>The site is very secure with extensive security mesures (I particularly like the app on my phone for entering the dite etc). The facility is super clean and tidy and very well laid out.<br>I'm obviously a new customer but I would already highly recommend this company/site for all your storage requirements.

If I could give 10 stars I would! If all companies had this level of service the world would be a better place.<br>It's rare to see staff go above and beyond general politeness and corporate speil!<br>Well done to the young lady(sorry forgot your name!) who I encountered... nothing was a problem, everything was explained and no pushy sales, and when I asked about the "free van hire" thinking here we go with the catch of expensive insurance..to my surprise it's really is free if you need it !!!! So 10/10 from me and if you need storage give these a go... customer service on a different level! And no I'm not being paid by them !

Go Store have really helped us to scale up our business. The secure app entry gives us the assurance that our equipment is stored safely and gives us the flexibility we need to enter the building when we need to.<br>The dispatch area has been so beneficial to allow us to run our distribution operation.<br>The staff are super friendly and helpful- always on hand to help us out with any queries and accommodate our requests-<br>and provide a much appreciated cup of tea!<br>We would very much recommend Go Store Kettering to any local business looking for storage or looking to expand their operation.
