Fabulous service, my BMW was serviced there last year and it was running low on oil yesterday , so I rang to ask them for the grade of oil to top up. They offered to top it up for me when I was passing, next day they topped it up with nearly a litre free of charge, if you want proper service and are sick of how the dealers are treating you, use these guys

Very reliable and trustworthy - Have taken my Range Rover Sport and now Discovery 4 for various service / MOT requirements over the last few years. They always ensure the service book is filled in and anything that they'd advise on the car for the future. Prices also very reasonable and everyone always seems to be hard at work. Always helpful and extremely knowledgeable at what they do

Have used Richard's several times now for work on My E60 M5.
Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable at Richards.
My last repair which was quite an undertaking due to a spun rod bearing; Richard himself kept me up to speed with any issues he found. He was even kind enough to indulge my request for pictures of the rebuild for my own records.
While I knew my final bill was going to be significant it was completely itemised and worth every penny considering the time and the quality of the work that has gone into the rebuild.
I have no hesitation in recommending Richards and I will be back for all my future work.

I have been using Richards German Car specialist for years after getting poor service from the Main Dealers, All the mechanics are very knowledgeable, they've been looking after my BMW's and Porsche's and explain things in English, the labour rates are excellent too.

Just had our Audi a6 in for a replacement sunroof and Toyota Hilux for a replacement break caliper. This was our first experience with Richard and his team, we would like to say how impressed we are with the service we received and will definitely use this garage again for routine services and repairs.

I have used Richards in Finedon for about 3 years to date to have any preventative work done on firstly my BMW and since 2015 on my Audi.
Matt and Richard are first class, and will always be honest when work doesn't need doing, when Audi advise it should be. They saved me over £400 today through their honesty, on a job which Audi advised would be £750+Vat.
I highly recommend them to anyone with a German car or Landrover. They cover all these models.

The guys at the garage were great I lost my locking nut key the guy working on the Mercedes top man helped me with there locking nut set so I could change my sensor on my brakes I now know my locking nut key number and lent me there jack I will be using again without a doubt

I have been using Richards for a few years now. We have a mix of family cars, all German, including Mercedes, BMW and Porsche. Richards have never failed to be courteous and reliable, and with good prices, advice and contact whenever unexpected costs appear, I have no hesitation in recommending them for all your needs. The only issue I have ever had is trying to get things done in a rush, because they are so busy!
