Came here for a birthday meal and was treated amazingly by the kind waiters and staff.
The food was amazing and atmosphere inside was very comforting, overall a very pleasant experience.

This lovey hotel has the best staff who went above and beyond to give us a fantastic few days.
Hotel is very stylish, that’s a bit like a Tardis.
Excellent bar area with comfortable seats to relax in.
Food wash very tasty, served really quickly.

Loved staying in this hotel, staff were exceptionally helpful and happy, the food was delicious. Stayed in one of the suites which was cozy, no problem with heating if needed but didn't. Plenty of hot showers every day. Breakfast was great too. Beds were so comfortable. Would definitely revisit. Christmas vibes in the Inn and with friends in Jersey made the break so enjoyable. No dirty floors to be seen and I am extremely particular. Well done!

Stayed here for two nights. The breakfast is good, the staff are friendly and the location is ok. However, there are a two problems which let me down. The first is the soundproofing issue which previous guests have brought up in their reviews, and to which the owner responds with a deny. But you really can hear every sound and conversation taken place in the next room. So the walls are paper thin and in my view that needs to be addressed. Secondly when I went to use the shower there was no hot water, which is frustrating. But to be fair when I did report this issue to the woman on reception it was handled in a professional manner. I was offered to use a shower in another room or even move room. But then again that is an issue I probably wouldn't of had in another hotel nearby. So I personally would not stay here again and so therefore wouldn't recommend it.

We have stayed at the Inn a few times now and every time just gets better.
The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the main high street which is nice as it’s not right in the heart of town. The rooms are great, nice size and very clean.Have stayed in a few different rooms now and there all nice. The restaurant is lovely the breakfast is great everything you want.It has a nice little bar for drinks and it gets a few people coming in for food as the restaurant is good. The staff were all great very professional and always wanted to help and make you feel good. The Inn is a great hotel to stay,if you just want to get away for a few days you must stay there. Thanks again for the great stay to you all and look forward to seeing you all again soon.
Clint and Sam.

Visited here on first night of our visit to Jersey. Had the Tennerfest menu which was good and varied.
Enjoyed the meal and excellent service would recommend

Stayed here for 3 nights. Tuesday to Friday. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome by the great and friendly staff. Found the food in the restaurant to be a really good standard. We ate off the Tennerfest menu and had cooked breakfast. There was a small patio area out back with a few tables which I am sure would be a suntrap but we did go in October ( last week ) so not so much (SUN). Found a really good atmosphere in the bar area which was usually quite busy. It was a bit of a walk into town but only took about 10mins.All in all we had a very enjoyable stay here and would definitely stay her again.

My first time in Jersey
Staying at the Inn has been very nice, as it has been first time visiting a Channel Island.
Food (Breakfast) 🌟🌟🌟 -
Pastries, meats, cheese, yogurts, orange and apple juices, coffee, tea, fresh fruit and cereals (Continental). Cooked Breakfast there is a wide selection of what kind of breakfast you want, English, vegetarian, toast, eggs benidict and more. I enjoyed the food provided BUT... There is NO consistency with portion sizes of what's on you're plate, one morning I'd get 3 bacon and the next I'd get 1 - same with most items on the plate, maybe try to be more consistent with portion sizes.
Must say though for Breakfast that is included in you're room rates, this is ideal.
Staff (Breakfast) 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 - All were very prompt! Straight away come over to you asking if you'd like a cooked breakfast or anything else on the menu, so that was good! Sometimes I felt some staff were hovering around you for you to leave the table so they could set it up for the next guests and it was kind of distracting!
Staff (Reception) 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 - Erica! From the first time I entered the hotel, Erica was so helpful, kind and funny, she made this trip for me more memorable.
Rooms - (House Keeping) 🌟🌟🌟 - I have only stayed in Premier Inn since COVID for no particular reason, but I thought that housekeeping coming in to you're room was no more, but I was wrong. They did fabulous job and it was refreshing everytime I came back after a day out, the room was spic and span! The one thing I have to niggle over was the last day I was packing and getting changed, I heard someone trying to enter the room even though I locked it and the Housekeeper was still persisting and I said I'm still in here and the Housekeeper darted off, it would be ideal for staff to knock before they even consider entering the room or gaining access.
Rooms (General) 🌟🌟🌟
To start, the rooms I felt have paper thin walls - you could hear housekeeping in the corridor it felt like they were stood next to you, if you were in you're room at 9am, so if you were looking for a lie in, forget it - also I could hear the next room the guests were snoring and there's no problem with that at all! But when I can hear it in a separate room all together, I think that's quite something.
The general facilties in the room were good.
- Kettle with an overwhelming (but good) selection of teas, coffees and hot chocolate (cadbury)
- The Bed.... Is two single beds put together, it was an experience to get used too, but it was good in the end.
- Bathroom, decent sized shower room, sink area and toilet - there is a heated towel rack.
- Wardrobe, decent size with plenty of hangers, storage and this houses a fan and hairdryer
- TV & Safe never used the TV but it's a small TV, there is a safe in every room, that you can put in you're valuables and make you're own code up.
The rooms were what you would expect, a decent room with it's little quirks, but good none the less.
I would return for a second visit.
Thank you.

We went there for an evening meal on the Tennerfest menu. They were out of stock of the ribs which was a shame. The first chicken espetada came out cold but the waitress sorted it out immediately with a replacement.
Very nice ambience and good value menu. Staff very good. My partner left his bag behind and they called about 5 minutes after we left to let us know.
The only thing I would say is that they started setting up for breakfast around us before we'd finished our meal which made us feel like we were in the way.

This is a good hotel but is not without some issues that made our stay not quite as comfy as it could be. I’ll get these out of the way first.
Our room was quite small, rather tight and cluttered. Its impossible to walk around the bed if the desk is used with the chair.
There are no bedside sockets for your devices. The nearest was just out of reach for a standard USB lead.
The shower cubicle is small, we had to shuffle in sideways, and its impossible to bend down to wash your feet. The non-slip mat was too big, it covered the drain causing the tray to fill and overflow. One of the doors kept popping off the rollers. The mirror is not heated, making it impossible to shave for 30 minutes. I couldn’t hear the extractor fan at all, so I’m unsure if it was working or not.
One bedside light not working whole week despite reporting it – It’s only the bulb surely
That out of way. The hotel is spotless and very well decorated.
Breakfast is very good. There is plenty of choice and more available than found in the majority of home kitchens.
The staff are wonderful, really helpful and friendly. All of them - without exception. We got to know the head chef a little and he was very generous with his advice. He would ferry residents into town (and back!). Maybe this is a service the hotel could consider because it’s not as conveniently situated as I thought with quite a long hike back from the centre, mainly uphill. So if you’re not too mobile it’s a struggle.
If you want an evening meal at the hotel book in advance because they are very popular and busy all the time.
TIP - take a 4 gang extension lead (including abroad) to run run/charge devices. Some hotels do not have enough sockets and when abroad only one adapter is required with the extension.

So give it a go! It’s a good hotel.

Hotel sits on a bit of a hill and is a fair walk to centre of St Helier. Very limited outdoor space with a few tables mainly catering for smokers. Doesnt get any sun during the day.
Breakfast was good however would like to have seen the selection of cold meats, cheese, pastries etc covered and not left exposed with risk of flying insects landing on them or other guests reaching over them. Fresh fruit was limited to chopped fruit in a bowl. A few mornings there was nothing left despite half an hour of breakfast left. Tea urns emptied very quickly and when refilled the tea was weak.
Had dinner one night in the hotel on the Tennerfest menu. £17.50 for 2 courses which sounded good value however portions very small. Ordered scallops to start. Got 3 very very tiny scallops. Wife got small bowl of soup with no bread.
Both got chicken skewers which were very dry with a few chips and 3 or 4 salad leafs. Very disappointing compared to other restaurants we ate in during our stay.
On a positive note, waiting and domestic staff were very friendly. Upgraded room was huge and worth paying a bit extra for.

4 of us ate from the tennerfest menu. Starters were ok, hummus good, goats cheese bon bons were deep fried and the scallops were nice but gone quickly as you only get 3. Mains were a disappointment, the cauliflower steak turned out to be just an uninspiring piece of boiled or steamed cauliflower with no discernible taste. Tofu fish and chips similarly uninspired and the chicken on a skewer was dry and tough and didn't come with much veg.

I'm not normally one for writing hotel reviews whilst away but feel that the hotel warrants it!
During my stay at 'The Inn' I was unfortunately taken unwell, necessitating the need to stay in my hotel room for virtually the entire stay, thus preventing me carrying out all of my holiday plans.
The staff were all amazing in helping me, with nothing appearing to be a problem when I fealt I would/could be a burden upon them.
To the manager Martin, both yourself and the team working at the Inn are a credit to the hotel.
You made a bad break bearable.

1st night in Jersey on a Friday night. Booked somewhere to avoid disappointment. Previous gluten free reviews made us book. Manager was very good at describing what our GF diner could have. Food arrived promptly, and expected as it was fairly quiet to start with.
Food was good. Tennerfest was going on. £26 ea for 3 courses. Not huge portions but didn’t feel overly full/bloated after the meal. Was asked to take our drinks to the bar after as the restaurant was filling up. Understandably so. A good Experian’s a well looked after gluten free diner.

Visited after reading good reviews, Jersey restaurants were heavily booked hence selecting The Inn. Newly recruited staff from Kenya were unfamiliar with menu and their english was still a little stilted. The food was only average, one dish had to be returned, but manageress was helpful, attentive and did her besdt under vey difficult circumstances.

Didn't stay here but the local couple we met in The Savoy had said to give it a try. It's a lovely little Gem of a place and bar prices are much keener. Not too far to the shops and seafront. Looking at the website I would definateky book here if we decide to come back To Jersey

Booked the Inn before arrival in St Helier as unsure what restaurant availability would be. Very happy we ate here. Cheery welcome on arrival, nice table by window. Very good serving staff. I had the baby ribs but the portion was a little large so sorry I had a starter !! My wife had the chicken sizzler which she enjoyed very much.
All in all a very enjoyable experience and I would return again.

The Inn is a lovely hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast kept us going all day. Very tasty indeed. Rooms were fine. We had aircon which made the difference I think. It's an easy stroll to the centre of St Helier or to the promenade. Recommended

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Inn. Friendly staff, rooms ok probably a bit dated for my taste, I upgraded to a junior suite (victor hogo) but I thought it was a bigger room with a sofa not two separate rooms so was a waste to be honest. The furniture was dark and the tv's small and if I'm being really picky there was road noise from the A9. Breakfast was nice but on one occasion we asked for fruit that never arrived but after we'd had our breakfast we never bothered with it. None of these issues would stop me from returning.
Enjoyable stay
