Beautiful cooked foods, lovely and beautiful service with a big smile, we enjoyed every minute for the two hours three course meals there, specially over fifty different variety of homemade ice-cream to choose from! Definitely come back for more!!!

Simply delicious from starter to dessert, it's fabulous, a delight for the taste buds, not to mention the wonderful welcome. A very good address I recommend more not to be missed if you come to Gorey plus everything is homemade even the ice creams and sorbets

Food was excellent, service was friendly, possibly a little slow but perhaps better to call it relaxed. They are clearly familiar with the intricacies of serving children and ensuring they are waiting though! Really fresh lovely food often with a novel twist or just slightly differently done. Will certainly be back

We dropped in here, having booked during the day and were met by a busy room of people. The food was "alright", but the service was slow and indicative of low staff levels; to be fair a little patronising too.

The Bass and Lobster is absolute quality, but with a down to earth and super friendly atmosphere.
We took friends who had never been before, and they were raving about the whole evening.
The seasonal menu will knock your socks off, and the Sunday Roast menu looked to die for - we'll be booking for that one.
High recommended if you haven't (or have) been before. Consistency is key, and the Bass and Lobster are always first rate.
