A must do for anyone visiting Jersey. A very well laid out park with plenty of view points to see all the animals. The keeper talks are all worth getting to and give the opportunity to see some of the animals being fed. The dodo cafe has a great selection of food at reasonable prices.

An amazing zoo - which places the animals at the heart of what it does. All the enclosures are well designed and you enjoy an element of searching for the animals, being rewarded for your patience. The cafe is great and so is the coffee! It's easily the best attraction in Jersey, we come every time we visit the island.

Absolutely fantastic! Zoos can divide opinion, but the Durrell (Jersey zoo) does so much good work for conservation and global breeding programs, it is fantistic to visit and appreciate the work being done to try and prevent extinction of some of our most vunerable animals.

This really is a "must do" if you visit Jersey. We spent over three hours here and enjoyed every minute.

For us the most beautiful zoo in the world. Large area, you have to look for animals because the enclosures are so large and some of them merge into the park. The question often arises, who is watching whom? Always an experience.

An amazing place - This is one of the world's best zoos that was begun by writer & naturalist Gerald Durrell. It is filled with endangered species, and it's main focus is on environmental conservation. As a former trainee at the Jersey Zoo, I am continuing the legacy by promoting awareness of climate engineering.

Very good place with animal conservation clearly in mind. There is a variety of animals thatbone does not necessarily see in many zoos because of this. The enclosures are massive and open and all the animals look healthy both physically and psychologically with a good relationship with the keepers. A great day out.

Yurt's at Durrell Wildlife Park, fabulous. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Shame we only stayed for a weekend. Nice and quite and restful apart from some noisy animals, which for us made the whole experience more enjoyable - sleeping in the jungle, without any risks! Highly recommended as is the Zoo. Park Rangers could not have been more pleasant or helpful.

Legendary place!
The zoo is not huge in terms of number of animals. But it's spacious and every single habitant looks healthy and active. Even turtles and reptiles! In most other zoos they are drowzy.
Keeper talks about the animals are great source of knowledge and sweet details. We managed to hear two of them in monkey area.
Even on a rainy day our visit was pure pleasure.

We had a wonderful visit to the zoo. Different animals to see and very well looked after. The zoo was updating some of the enclosures to improve their welfare. Transport to the zoo is available and tickets are reasonable priced. Great café facilities with choice of food. There's a great shop which has pocket money items too.
