The Ipswich Food and Drink Forknight starts today and is a two-week celebration of everything that is great about Ipswich’s food and drink offer.

Partners from the UK and France will meet next month to discuss the overall progress of a £1.2 million project that will establish a creative hub at Ipswich’s Town Hall.

Ian is offering the ISA Checker to members free of charge, as a way to introducing himself and getting to meet more people. He is also willing to meet up with members who don’t use spreadsheets very often, to show how it works and include some of his main work covering things like: costing, pricing for profit, balance sheets and P&Ls, budgeting and investment issues – without charge!

While Mo Farah is breaking records elsewhere, the free community event runners have broken the long distance tape in just 22 runs in Chantry Park.

Now, organisers of the 5k runs are sending participants on tour … to Christchurch Park, where, from Saturday 2nd March, runners, joggers, buggy pushers, dog owners and walkers can take part each Saturday starting at 9am. This “tour” will last for a couple of months and all the runs are free.
