Hey, great to be back online! Sorry, for the short 'outage' with the blog but with the launch of the new look bestofhinckley website there was a bit of a delay getting the links between the site and the blog sorted. But we're back now and what a fantastic looking new site.
It's been a busy time on the lead up to Christmas. The networking event on the 26th November 08 in the TF Bell function room at the Marston's Stadium was an outstanding success. We had 76 people attend the event, representing over 60 different local businesses. The feedback we received from our questionnaire indicated a resounding - let's do it again! The plan will be to try and repeat the event in about three months time, which was the frequency indicated as ideal for those attending. Watch this space and we will keep you informed.
Our promotion in the Britannia Shopping centre for the bestof £5k Prize Draw was well subscribed and generated a lot of interest in thebestofhinckley; did you see us there?
Finally, our last meeting of the Business Networking Club (BNC) at the Mill-on-the-Soar, before our break for Christmas and the New Year, was great fun with loads of Christmas spirit - not the liquid type of course.
