Spent some time with Chris at RadioShack (Aerial and Satellite installations feature) on Friday to carry out the annual review of their feature on thebestofHinckley. They have recently moved a few doors up from their old shop on Castle Street and the new shop is now looking good with plenty of space to browse around the vast range of quality electrical, electronic and other goods on display.
The bestofHinckley is achieving some impressive results for RadioShack with well over 30 different key word placements for the business on page one of Google and many of these are top of the page search results! These include the obvious Hinckley based search for the business name RadioShack Hinckley plus searches for what they do - digital aerial installations, satellite installations, audio and communications equipment installations Hinckley, right through to the specific searches for the electrical and electronic products supplied in the Castle Street shop. We even get a top of the page hit on page one of Google for a RadioShack Leicestershire search!
The outcomes of the review were very positive with 'keep up the good work of letting our potential customers find us so easily on the web' being key but also a request to add RadioShack's new service - they are now an authorised Sky installer. In particular, RadioShack specialise in the type of installations that standard Sky package just won't touch - due to height, restricted access or distance from the Skybox. In addition, a simple request to make an amendment to their 0800 telephone number. All these changes were done, with revised text and a new Sky logo image and text, the very next day!
