Yes, it’s true Bob Dawson has achieved the ultimate accolade for all his hard work and dedication by being awarded the title of Mr World in the over 55s category at the world championships in Rome. This follows on from his awards as Mr Europe and Mr Universe back in July 09 – <a title="Mr Universe - Bob Dawson of Body Wize" href="http://www.thebestof.co.uk/local/hinckley/blog/saviour-of-the-universe/article009465.htm" target="_blank">see our blog article</a>. Bob is the co-owner of our bestofhinckley featured gym – Body Wize and clearly he is a great example and ambassador for the facilities available to everyone at this exceptional gym in Hinckley. As we say in our feature this is a serious gym for those who really want to get fit and get into shape. The range of equipment is excellent and of course, as demonstrated by his achievement, the training and mentoring is second to none.
