My children’s favourite day out from London. The animals look well cared after and are so up close! The newly opened tiger enclosure is fabulous!

Highly recommend

Small zoo but plenty to see so it ends up being a good experience rather than walking around all day!

Good day out, dinosaurs are worth admission alone. Bit more to do and see wouldn't go a miss but enjoyed it

We really enjoyed the park. The dinosaurs were great, it's really cool to see them to scale. It's one thing to see it in books or films, but really impressive to see in person.

The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the food. One main eating place, with a huge queue, then another with a big queue, that had sold out of almost everything when I made it to the front.. surely would be better to spread these between a few places to share the queues! Quite a shame really, and poor planning. Only thing that really let it down

I went to this attraction with two children aged 11 and 13 who both thoroughly enjoyed it. There is a car park which is free very close to the entrance to the park. All the animals looked very well cared for and although it was sad to see them in a zoo, it is obviously preferable to them being shot in the wild. The food was good and not expensive e.g. a piece of cheese on toast which was lovely in Safari Sam's was £1.00. I don't think you would break the bank going there for the day. There were lots of families at the park and quite a few had picnics that they had taken with them. All of the animals were easy to see and you could feed quite a few of them. A petting zoo was a hit with the kids I had with me. A bag of food was £1.00, again not expensive but it gave them a couple of hours of fun choosing which animals to feed and how much!

All the staff were a delight and they seemed to have quite a few volunteers so they obviously wanted to be there and it showed. A really good day was had by all and we will be going there again. Incidentally it is really well signposted from the M25.

As im local, I take my son here at least twice a year. We love it here and learn something new each time. Such a vast variety of animals to see, with a petting zoo and large insect and reptile enclosure. Lots of reasonable places to eat inside and also a non expensive gift shop. Ticket prices are cheap with often discounts and promotions. Theres enough to see and do for a whole day so its defintely worth while. Id recommend coming here with young children, they'd love it :)
